Loose files may not get loaded-related error

Basically, I managed skyrim SE (not AE, I'm using the 1.5.9.7 ver) and the loose files may not get loaded popup appeared as normal, I clicked on fix and then another error popped up, "File times could not get changed" or something like that, and no notification for it came up ever again, how can I fix it? I dont want to install god only knows how many mods just to later realize a lot of them wont even work.

Okay solved it myself, if ANYONE happens to get the same problem as me read this.

 

1. I managed skyrim AE before.

2. I got this error after uninstalling AE and installing SE.

3. I stopped managing skyrim and got vortex to manage it again.

4. I know this solved the issue because the loose files may not get loaded notif appeared again but no error referencing it.

5. I installed some mods to see what would come of it, before I tried to re-manage the game, and the main menu had textureless smoke and skyrim icon, while after re-managing it it was all normal.
