Tools to edit vehicles

I was wondering what tools are needed to edit existing cars, the idea is to have for example the square stearing wheels replaced with round ones or even swap back light of the cars with different cars etc.

There is a mod called Car Mod Shop. Why was not in the original game is a “mystery”, apart that is not, because CDPR is are bunch of greedy, politically correct ass kissers.

CDPR overpromised, cut out features, and used 70% of budget into marketing featured promotion “gaming journalist” sites. They made the game into a political woke fest to appeal to 1% while totally disregarding their customer's / market demand for a full "stop politicization of games and in games". The irony of their games is the fact that the story revolves around trying to combat corporates, while in real life CDPR they went all over trying to kiss the fit of Financial sector, Silicon Valley and 1%.

 

They used review embargo so people could not find out what kind of trash this game was,

that's tell you all you need to know of what kind CDPR, clowns, and their product cyberdung 2077 reflect it, so they cyberpunked marketing to sell this cyberdung product/.game to retardohive numskulls fans that keep them in business. As long the circus and their clowns and the modders that kiss their fit, nothing will change.
