MichaelDovah Posted April 23, 2022 Share Posted April 23, 2022 Hi, I recently decided to share some followers that I developed for personal use on nexus and some of them received some downloads and a good response (I also use them through Nexus now) but for some people it seems to have a gray face, my follower is fully developed with base game items, no custom hair, no custom skin tone or anything like that. To confirm export the gen data to all of them (ctrl+F4). Do I just use the esp file in creating the ZIP file or do I need to include something else? Sorry for the question if it's inappropriate but I really don't know what could be wrong. Remembering that for most people it works without this bug. So your mod using vanilla eyes, hair etc. But them have vanilla replaced, so your mod can't start property with vanilla replaced head parts. Just a theory. I also met that problem with my follower mod. So my idea is create duplicate for all headparts that using your follower, to avoid any vanilla replaced conflicts at user side. And ctrl+f4 is very important part. That help for me, but I have custom race. If you use vanilla race, then maybe that way not good way. Don't know What your follower mod have that problem (at user side)? Let's I check it at my side :smile: Sorry for my english. Many users have problem with black face, because mod didn't include facedata (ctrl+f4 in creation kit). I think need to create facedata and that solve problem at user side. Your english is fine. So don't include the Facegendata files as I thought it would work without them for everyone but your message demonstrates exactly how to do that! I searched the internet for the exact way to compress these files but I couldn't find anything! I just fixed all my mods thanks to you.
