Missing weapons taker in the Gomorrah.

Strippers out front of the Gomorrah disappeared then reappeared. Afterword whenever I enter the Gomorrah the character cannot move,there is no HUD, and I'm never asked to surrender my weapons. Removed all mods and problem continued. De-installed New Vegas, defraged my hard drive, re-installed New Vegas and mods and problem still exists. Don't think it matters but my mod load list is:
