LE REQUEST : Porting SE Korean Armor MOd to LE, properly with physics

I would appreciate it so much if anyone could port this armor properly to LE..

 

I have tried using NIF OPTIMIZER etc but it's not working

Only the hat is wearable and if I click the armor I get CTD

 

Can anyone help porting this armor properly?

 

would love it so much if it's modded with physics so the legs will not break the clothing mesh while running..
