Changing the number of dragon souls did not allow me to activate words. Even changing the number to 99 had no effect. Trying to activate Bend Will with player.unlockword got me this:: "Item 'xx0179d9' not found for parameter Word of Power." The instruction is hiding in plain sight, so Wererommel is probably feeling pretty sheepish for now, but everything is OK. I am pretty sure that all of us have done something similar in the past.
