goo29
Hey guys, having a slight issue when it becomes night time with my snow textures. At night, the snow seems to glow more than the surrounding items, and it is incredibly noticeable and distracting. I'm 99% sure it is a Vivid Weathers issue, as uninstalling it fixed the issue, and uninstalling any other mod that I think may have been causing it did not change anything. I have tried all of the prefsini edits that I have seen, none of them change anything. I want to use vivid weathers, and this wasn't an issue before I upgraded to AE, but I have spent the last two days getting everything right and this is the last bump. Here are a few pictures to show what I mean. I've attached my load order currently, and again I'm 90% sure that it is a vivid weathers issue, as it does not occur with True Storms when I tried that, but that just doesn't look as good (Ignoring the snow issues). If anyone knows how to fix this preferrably without losing VW it would be great, I've been looking for a fix for hours and haven't been able to find one. EDIT: Sorry, forgot to add pics https://imgur.com/a/PAlzoBe Also, in the last picture, the distant mountains do not glow, it is only snow in the that is in render distance I imagine, it's just a nuisance. 7531Leonidas
I have seen other posts referring to the vanilla snow shaders, try searching them out. I think you may need to find a snow replacer that does something differently. I use VW, along with a couple of snow mods, and don't see this problem. No ENB, though. You might also need to go to the VW page and ask there.
