VT08 Posted April 13, 2009 Share Posted April 13, 2009 The new helmet design is REALLY cool. It makes this armor stand out from its Advanced Power Armor Mark II roots. I love the way that you put the "eyes" in the "mouth" of the helmet. Really adds to the overall effect, I think, suggesting that a camera is used to see rather than just regular lenses. :thumbsup: But would you give some consideration to releasing both versions of the helmet? Maybe with different functions/skill bonuses. This way, you could make people that like the old design and the new design both happy. Perhaps the old one is a prototype... ? Leadpipe Posted April 14, 2009 Share Posted April 14, 2009 First, I'll just echo what everyone has been saying: this looks cool as hell. Looking at the screens, though, it seems a bit noisy. It's all really detailed, but that gets lost when looking at it from a distance. With that in mind, I should suggest definitely keeping the sashimono as it adds a distinguishable element to the silhouette. It looks badass, but I might suggest slimming down the design a little - maybe simplifying it a bit. I'm afraid a lot of the amazing detail you're putting into it will get lost.
