SSE Followers do not load

Hello there. I have followed the detailed followers' creation video by Darkfox127 but I have a huge issue. I drag - drop the follower in the cell I want, but when I load the game he is not there. It is rather random issue, since some followers work fine, the others do not. Is anything I do wrong or some value I miss? Thanks in advance.

The game has a strange bug regarding followers. I suppose it's something on the engine level. The bug exists in LE as well as in SE/AE.

 

Also, I'm not exactly sure, how it works. I THINK it's something like this:

1. If you save in an interior cell, where inactive (i.e. not currently recruited) followers are, they won't appear if you reload that save.

2. If you enter an interior cell with inactive followers, then quit or load a different save game, followers MAY be there - or not,.

3. Some times, inactive followers will need a really long time (upp to 2 or 3 minutes) to appear in a cell, where they should be.

 

Best way for testing new followers from my experience:

1. Save outside the interior cell with inactive followers.

2. After each try, quit the game and reload the save game OUTSIDE.
