ENBLocal.ini changes

Usually, "ENBoost" simply means "using ENB without graphic effects to improve performance and stability". If you use virtually ANY ENB preset, you already get these benefits.

Most important setting in your enblocal.ini is this one:

[PERFORMANCE]
SpeedHack=true

Practically all enblocal.ini files that come with the ENB presets here on the Nexus already have that setting. So, no action required.

On a side note: "ENBoost" WAS a thing back in LE times. Together with the 32bit version of Skyrim, ENB could make the game more stable. Back in those days, memory settings in enblocal.ini were also important. With SE or AE, ENBoost isn't really that important any more. You either use an ENB preset, because you like the visuals - or you don't use ENB.
