Firerad Posted May 2, 2022 Author Share Posted May 2, 2022 i'm still not following what you mean. you should not allow ANY program to be admin - that's just how windows works. you can run it as admin but that's a seriously stupid thing to do.but by design - windows doesn't want you to run anything as admin that doesn't need it. it will let you, of course, but you shouldn't. running vortex as a normal user is perfectly fine. why do you think its a problem?I didn't think it was an issue, I just wasn't sure if it was auto-running it as an administrator. It wasn't when I checked so, therefore, it's fine. Nothing runs on admin automatically I don't think.
