make all water sources be radioactive

There are too many radioactive-less water sources.

 

There are mods that let you purify water, and other that let you fill bottles with water..

 

but I can easily avoid:

- buying water

- purifying water

 

So I think all these water sources should have some level of radioactivity. And you can only get purified water from bottles (found or bought).
