Gussak
so we will know if we want to keep the item or not. I believe the resulting items could be listed on a dialog; And the amount of the analyzed item required could be shown there too for each resulting item. Gribbleshnibit8
You want something like Inventory Sorters. It doesn't list what they're used for (that would be a LOT of work) but it does put prefixes on all the items, and lets you know what is just junk, and what is used in a recipe. Ladez
The problem is, there's no way to list all the recipes that an item is used in. There's no scripting command that does this. You would have to work around it and manually create a list for each recipe that contains the items needed. Then you could create a script that checks against these lists. But this approach brings up a whole new problem, mod compatibility. Because this approach doesn't take into consideration what changes are made by other mods, whether they change the recipes in the base game or add new ones, it just wouldn't be practical unless you don't have any recipe changing mods. And if you don't have any recipe changing mods, is it not easier to just tab out of your game and look up the item on the Fallout Wiki, where you can see all items and recipes in the vanilla game? I could see this idea going somewhere, but it would require setting up a framework for mod authors to use so everything is standardized. And I don't really think there's enough demand for a thing like this for everyone to follow along with it. Edited October 7, 2013 by Ladez
