zayjay43 Posted May 4, 2022 Share Posted May 4, 2022 Im new to all the modding and file editing stuff and it really has me confused. The part im really confused on is the regulation.bin file thing. I know you need to have the regulation.bin file for the mods and to run the game but each mod comes with it's own and I don't know how to "combine" them.
