Lateraliss
I'm doing some modification to Lincoln Memorial. I'm turning the Maintenance Room into a small home for the player, just adding some things. I also want to do a restore to Lincoln Memorial after the temple of the union moves in. Once they build their tents after a few weeks I'd like to have the Memorial a little more fortified and holes filled in. I tried editing the Memorial and it wouldn't show up on the screen. So I need a little help getting started and figuring out how to do a timed modification. Can anybody help me out?
SpeedyB64
Explain the process you have done so far, If you made changes that are not showing up it could be that you don't have the esp loaded or it could be something else. A timed change is made by setting the objects you want timed to initially disabled then you will need to make a script to enable the objects after a timer has expired. There are a few tutorials around for scripting and you can always take a look at the GECK wiki.
Lateraliss
So far all I have done so far is make a player home inside the maintenance room. When i click to view on the exterior Lincoln memorial nothing comes up, so i am stuck to say the least. Its probably something simple I am not doing correctly. I may not even be in the right menu. Edit: I was in the wrong menu, I was still in interiors, didn't see I had to switch that. I'm gonna read some of the script tutorials and see what i can come up with
SpeedyB64
In the worldspace selection thing you need to select one of the DC areas (one of them is the mal)Or you can also find the door marker that goes outside and double click on it and it will ask you if you want to view the corresponding door and it will take you there. Lateraliss
Finally got the Lincoln Memorial up, and unfortunately its all one piece. Going to be much harder than I thought. I'm still gonna play around with it and see what I come up with. Thanks for the help.
