No more frogspawn in lilly pads?

What happened to the frogspawn in Skyrim?

When last I looked the frogspawn was an optoinal feature of the W.A.T.E.R mod. It's not present in vanilla Skyrim.

I originally had it in my modded Skyrim, lately it seems like there is no more frogspawn respawning in the lilypads. it's been a while since seen any and haven't add any other mods since day one!

Re-install the W.A.T.E.R. mod. Upon installation you should get an option whether or not you wish to have the optional stuff.

 

(and while you're doing that, check the mod page to see if there's an updated version of the mod available)

 

Edit: Some friendly advice: Next time you start a thread asking for help, be a little more clearer about the exact problem you're having. For example: mentioning you have the W.A.T.E.R. mod and adding your load order like your did in your second post would have a lot better that the one-liner you posted at first. You'll get faster (and better) help that way.

"Water Plants.esp" adds the lillypads. Like most flora, it doesn't reset very often, if ever.

You can try going indoors, save game, quit, deactivate that mod, load last save, save again, quit, reactivate the mod, reload last save, save again, check the lillypads.
