Large scale movement of exterior cells and contents in worldspaces and between worldspaces.

Hi folks,

 

Per the Title, I'm trying to figure out to move a large group of exterior cells within a worldspace, and between separate worldspaces. I think it can be done as I have seen examples in early versions of Beyond Skyrim and other large mods.

 

Inside of TES5Edit there are scripts called :

 

Worldspace copy landscape area to another worldspace.pas

Worldspace move references into another worldspace.pas

Worldspace region move.pas

 

I have tried to use these but have never had a successful conclusion. Does anyone know of a step-by-step guide to using theses scripts, or if there's an easier way to copy/move exterior cells?

 

I understand that portals and navmesh would need to be redone and I'm fine with that. I am just looking to move landscape and statics,
