Problem with both DLC

Hi i return to FO3 and i was planning to play it with awesome mods and with pitt and OA , but when i started game i didnt get radio call from noone , so i try to travel to radio tower where Werner is , he was attacked by 3 pitt raiders , but i couldnt saw their armor (only head and hands), when i killed them werner run toward me and he saidt that there is no time and he return to his previous lacation , leaving me without dialog option. Also i try to move outcast outpost but there are many textures missing i got only MMM , an freeplay after MQ. I played OA with much more mods before. and i got the newest FO3 patch. So please help me.

I got 1000% same problem like you ,but i saw their armor atleast, do some one know what do with this ? maybe somethink like cheat in console for begin quest or whatever pls help :o) thx

soo i was googling and i got here is console cheat for begin q into the pitt

setstage xx00108c 50 - the first 2 digits "xx" depend on your installed mods if u got Operation:Anchorage and Pitt it will be 02 if u got only pitt 01
