Mods Question-Crashing Game

Here's my question.

I had Fallout 3 installed on my C:drive using Vista Ultimate. It worked perfectly for a few months, then I uninstalled it for a while. When i had it on before I also had FOMM, the latest patch, and FOSE. All my mods worked perfectly at that time.

 

I just reinstalled today, again to my C drive under program files.

I also installed the latest patch, and downloaded The Pitt, and 5 small clothing mods.

Except my game is crashing before startup.

With mods on, it crashes, both with FalloutLauncherExe. and FOMM.

With just Fallout3 esm. and The Pitt esm., it works.

 

Any ideas?

I also read that people with FO 3 installed on the C drive using Vista were having problems with FOMM, and even though I never had that problem before, now that i got the newest FOMM, i always have to select "run as administrator" when i use it. I really want to use some of these mods, so any help would be great.

 

(And if you have a solution, could you try to explain it simply to me? I'm not super computer-smart, but i know my way around if you give me clear steps)
