Ukraineboy
Ok, I noticed there are certain advice given out. such as, at level 15-20 you can face that Orc with the sword Umbra. Does anyone have like, a list of levels you should be at? Right now I am not doing the main quest for awhile, Im trying to get up in Redoran House and in the Temple. I finished all the pilgrammages except the Ghost Gate one, and the Koal Cave one. What level should I be when I go for the pilgrammage in Ghost Gate and in Koal Cave? Right now I am a level 3 or 2 (lmfao just forgot) Dark Elf Knight. any help would be great
NinjaSalad
umm as far as I know there is no list for this type of thing, you should just keep trying untill you can do what ever it is your trying to do, if it is too hard do some training and try again, actually doing the the things your asking about IS like trainging. edstamos1
it's especially hard to list levels for these things because if you are a fighter type of character then taking on most of the fighting quests will be easier (i did umbra at level 12, and i'm sure i could've taken him on a couple levels earlier with a sujamma)by the time you get to level 10, you should be able to take on anything if you are well equipped and stocked with standard potions. if you don't have a high skill level with a weapon class and armor class, and have a low strength, then you'll find many of the quests get quite difficult at low levels. NinjaSalad
when you do actually beat these things, that is the level you should be at. humm kinda simple but true, also working you character up to beating these thing is good training. Malchik
Points to remember - the monsters are levelled so some you won't face at a low level. The pilgrimage to Ghostgate can be done at level one, pick up the pilgrim from Ald Ruhn and take her with you. She's a pain in the butt but it gives you a quest done (and ? maybe a reputation point). You'll have to deal with the odd cliff racer but that's all. Save often in case you kill the woman by accident. Koal Cave is even less of a problem. If you're House Redoran get the quest from the Smith in the Council Chamber to escort her son to Koal Cave. Take the silt strider to Maar Gan and head south until you find the second pilgrim who wants to go to Koal Cave. Return to Maar Gan and take the silt strider to Gnisis and head south across the river. This means one trip to Koal cave instead of three! At level three it is not a good idea to explore Koal Cave. You'll get another Redoran quest later that will take you close to the cave. By then you will be at a higher level.
Jenlyn Fayre
You're doing the right thing. Work your way up in the Great Houses or Guilds and check back with Caius in Balmora every time you gain a few levels. Don't take on anything you're not ready for.
