Cant use forge or sit

I am running the latest version of AE. I can't use any forges or sit in any chairs. I have tried the console commands (kill.player, tai.player, etc). I have tried equipping weapons and shields and going up to them, shouting and talking to the guards, using the unblock mod, everything. I have deleted, and reinstalled the game and mods, validated files, everything except going through the game mod by mod. hopefully SOMEONE has a fix...
