FNIS t pose issue?

Fixed one thing run into another... Nothing out of the norm it seems Running SE on 1.6.353.08

Just stuck in T-pose when running/walking
Haven't found a fix and MO does not show any issues.

Update: So i only got around 13 mods actually running and did some more digging and ran LOOT on MO2 did not do much and the t-pose is still happening but only when no weapons held. When crouching and or wielding a weapon/spell there is no t-pose only when walking/run with weapons holstered.

Double checked the versions and everything is on par like it should be so still looking. Any thoughts?
