Blender: Armor Mesh Problem

Gigashady

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have a "small" problem with Blender.

I was re-meshing the OutfitOasisVillager which looked like this:

I made a minor edit (I just edited the foot part, you won't see the difference and it isn't the problem)

The problem is that, as I saved it and went to GECK, the result was this:

The skin part is showing, unlike the Original OasisVillager which had a Blank/Black skin.

This one already has a skin, causing a difference between the body and the head.. and fingers.

In-turn would look like this:

Also, I'm thinking that the NIF export option in blender caused the problem because I dont know which options to go for, as for a clothing/armor.

If you know which one to go for, please let me know, this would be a great step for me and everyone in 3D animation.

Here are the options:

Please let me know what I was doing wrong.

Thanks and Cheers!

I see where you are getting at but, I dont seem to find this, Skins material editor slot that you speak of.

Would you mind telling me where I can find this editor slot?

A direction or an example would be a good help. =]

Thanks!

Okay, after 4 hours of trying to figure out this "Material Type" you're talking about and typing "skin" in NifSkope.. I am totally lost and confused.

Because I can't "find" it.

I compared the original and the edited's block lists, and the edited is almost completely different and/or disorganized. Dx

So, I thought I'd look back if that had to do with the exporting options in Blender, of which I dont know of.

>_<

HELP!
