weird heights and pits

Hello, I recently reinstalled the game and after starting a new game, I've only really played the two dlc's so it's pretty much at the beginning. I added a lot of mods (nearly 200) so turning them off and on won't really help me because I have the patience of an epileptic ferret. My problem is that when I leave springvale and megaton and begin to head west to do the super duper mart quest, the heights are all weird, for example there is a road in midair or a large drop into a lake while above me the cliffs outline where the height should be. While heading more west towards the mart, there was a huge plateau and when I used the TCL command, sure enough, objects like gates and cliffs were hidden underneath. I have patched the game to the latest versions, including the unofficial patch. Can anyone help me with this because while this is the first problem I have found, it strikes me unlikely that this is the only one.

Okay, so while I was editing a map I created by myself, I decided to check out the map area that I have been having the height problems with and noticed that the areas had been edited by my mod - something I definitely had not done. My mod was created by copying the Oasis worldspace and connecting it to the main map in a completely different area. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem, perhaps by resetting the map or something like that?
