Windows 8.1 Pro and DAO modmanager?

Shortcut is set to vista compatibility, which is what EA sets up the DAUpdater when installed via the origin ultimate collection.

Set as admin, UAC IS COMPLETLY DISABLED!!!!

the app opens, I can create the name but when I try to drop the files into the folder that is created it is a BLANK page, no curser change when moved over the page.

I checked the install directory's, my documents/Bioware/Dragon Age to make sure that the folder and file permissions were correct and they are.

DAModder, does NOT RECONIZE any of the ZIPPED mods that I have downloaded via Dragon Age Nexus.

Any others run into this, yes I can most likely drop each directory under the override directory, but WHY should any app NOT allow drag and drop

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide

Ok, found out that the DAOmodmanger was setting my mod and dzap directories to an invalid directory on my C drive. deleted all unzipped copies of program, unzipped fresh copy to my documents\Bioware\Dragon Age\DAOmodmanger\mods and Dzap.

Program is working flawlessly.

Thanks

Nichog

Ok, I'm an IT professional. I'm a modder. I'm running a triple-boot Win8 Pro/64-bit, Win7 Home Premium/64-bit, Win XP, machine.

I've installed just about every sort of DAO mod on just about every version of the game possible (except a Steam download).

I've managed my mods manually.

I've added .dazip mods using DAUpdater.exe.

I've employed Terra_Ex's CharGenMorph Compiler ever since I discovered it.

I wouldn't be without DAO-ModManager for either DAO or DA2, since it works with both games.

I have no idea what you're trying to say.

What's the problem?

(If it's that you failed to configure DAMM to work with your specific installation, then that's kinda' on you... )
