Clean game CTD on new game selection

Hi everyone,




I want to start a new game with new mod list so uninstall all my mods. I try to start new game with zero mods but get a CTD. After that, uninstalled the game and MO2 and files, appdata files and save game files. Reinstall the game and start new game but still get the CTD. Install SKSE with MO2 and get CTD from it too. I try lots of solutions from internet, block the internet from firewall settings, install the Alternate start mod, etc.. Papyrus logs are under the section.




I try these with Anniversary Edition. Tried the downgrade patch and it didn't work and reupdate the AE. I clean the esm files with SSEditQuickClean. Is there any suggestion? Please help.

Just a thought, go to the Engine Fixes page, and check to see if there are any incompatibilities in individual fixes with the 1.6.353 files. I have a vague recollection that one or two of the fixes might have a problem with AE (maybe with the paid CC stuff), but not sure. I will go back and check when I set up a new LO with AE.

 

As an aside, almost certainly not applicable here, cleaning the game masters (.esm) can cause their own problems, especially with the Dragonborn final confrontation. I reverted quite some months ago, and have actually had fewer in-game ctds and hangs.

Thank you for your interest. I cleaned the master files again including the CC contents and remove the firewall rules. After that finally I see the character creation screen :).
