How to separate My Falout 4 from my Skyrim

I don't know how I did It but both my Fallout 4 and Skyrim Load orders are on the same page. Meaning that when my Skyrim is active I can see all my mods for Skyrim and

Fallout 4 on the same page. So when My Skyrim Profile is active I see all my Skyrim mods enable like normal. but Fallout 4 mods are all in the disable mod section and when I disable my Skyrim mods they get mix in the fallout 4 mods. And when my Fallout 4 is active I see all my enable Fallout 4 mods with Skyrim mods in the disabled section with my disabled fallout 4 mods mixed in. Can somebody help me fix this its driving me insane. Sorry about the long description I didn't know a good way to explain it.

Well thanks to Picky's description, I can have a try at answering this.

Bring up Vortex with a Skyrim SE profile.

Click the Downloads tab.

Click the button at the bottom that says Show all downloads.

Filter for Skyrim SE.

Scroll though the display looking for Fallout mods.

Double click that Fallout mod.

Delete the line that says Skyrim SE.

Keep scrolling...

 

Your Fallout 4 mods won't show up in your Skyrim SE if the mod does not say Skyrim SE.

 

This feature is of most use for Skyrim SE and Skyrim VR. Most mods are used for both; this way you only have one copy.
