SSE creating cm for custom race

does anyone know how to make a slider for body objects, like tails, wings or horns. so you can use the mcm to select the extra bodypart for custom race?

i know how to make the mcm and slider/ toggles, just don't know how to link the object/ armoraddons to the mcm
