dtander2077 Posted May 22, 2022 Share Posted May 22, 2022 Because I evidently can't add simple numbers in my head, I ran out of Character points at 17 for crafting...I wanted to get the EdgeRunner Arisan perk to craft Legendary items...which requires 18. I found this one and installed it, and it gave me one more [so far] Attribute point, and I am now able to craft Legendaries! The description on this one wasn't entirely clear so I don't know exactly where it will take me, but it's not my intention to radically change the game for myself, so I'm not inclined to keep levelling up without limit.
