Campaigner
Issue 1; Enchanting I've purchased several chameleon spells from various sources. I read that I could enchant armor with chameleon up to 20%, so I wanted to do so. When I went to the Chironasium in the Mage Academy, I put up my soul gem and a pair of Huntsman Leggings. I have a bunch of spells, yet it only shows a very small amount of the spells I have available, chameleon not being one of them. How do I make it let me use all my spell effects? The same problem is with Spell Making, since I want to make a long lasting (and if possible, endless) summon Clanfear, but the Clanfear doesn't show in my list of available spells. Issue 2; Unexplained infinite levels After completing the Dark Brotherhood Questline on an older save file I had, I found myself leveling from 12 to 43, and kept going. That save is long gone, because I had such high levels and poor stat distribution, so it was way too hard, but what would cause infinte leveling? That kinda takes the fun out of it. Issue 3; Arrows and Ghostly Men I have some steel arrows ("borrowed" from guards), and I like to shoot things. I purposely shoot guards a few times without killing them, just to keep my bounty low. However, several guards in the imperial city don't even get hit when I shoot at them. I took aim, and went for a headshot. Common sense would say an arrow to the head would kill someone, or at least in Oblivion's physics, deal some damage, but the arrow clearly went through his head, yet it did nothing. The first one is actually important, because I want to make enchanted stuff. The other two are minor.

I'm not sure about your mods, but in the Vanilla game you have to be able to cast the spells yourself (not using a scroll) to use them at the enchanting altar. I have to believe that issue two is a misbehaving mod. Issue three, unless you have a mod that changes things, Oblivion doesn't care where you hit the target, as long as you hit it. In other words a "head shot" is no more effective than a shot in the leg.
