YouDoNotKnowMyName Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 Good evening everybody! I just wanted to play Skyrim again and I am having some problems with FNIS.I am using MO2. When trying to run the "Update FNIS behavior" in the FNIS tool I get the output in the FNIS tool: FNIS Behavior V7.6 XXL 24.05.2022 23:44:38 Skyrim 32bit: 1.9.32.0 - D:\proginstall\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\ (Steam) Skeleton(hkx) female: XPMS (242 bones) male: XPMS (242 bones) FNIS.ini RedirectFiles=D:\proginstall\MO2\Instances\Skyrim\profiles Patch: "SKELETON Arm Fix" ERROR(2001): C:\Users\my user name\AppData\Local\Skyrim\plugins.txt does not exist - RE-INSTALL FNIS I tried to re-install FNIS but that did not change anything. I also looked up this " FNIS ERROR 2001" online but I couldn't find anything useful. It seems like FNIS is trying to read the file that stores all the active plugins, that file is usually located in "C:\Users\my user name\AppData\Local\Skyrim\plugins.txt", but when using MO2 things are different. Everything worked fine the last time I used FNIS with MO2, but that was like two years ago ... Any help would be appreciated ...
YouDoNotKnowMyName Posted May 25, 2022 Author Posted May 25, 2022 Nevermind, I figuerd it out: First I reinstalled Skyrim and FNIS, then I got another error (error 76).Whitelisting the skyrim folder and the MO2 folders in Windows Defender fixed it.
