[Help] Reinstalled Elden Ring, but it's still using old regulation.bin file

Hello,

 

So I've been using this modded regulation.bin file for a while now, but I want to remove it and start the game completely new without any mod.

First I tried simply replace the regulation.bin with the original backup one, but the modded one still shows up whenever I start the game (I notice this easily because the modded one added items to crafting menu)

 

Then, I reinstalled the game, deleted the modded regulation.bin, so it should go back to normal right? It doesn't, the modded regulation.bin still shows up in my game (I checked the crafting menu in game)

So how on earth is it possible that the game has access the regulation.bin file I've deleted from my computer? What is going on? How do I fix it?

 

My current Elden Ring game file is that of a reinstalled game, nothing modified. How do I get my game back?
