Game crashes after equipping My custom made armor

Hi guys!! I'm trying to make my self a space marine power armor mod I got the model and everything I've done my stuff in blender copied weight and everything got the textures everything, the model is displayed in GECK with textures and everything but when I go in to the game to test it out on clicking on the armor to equip it the game freezes for a couple of seconds and crashes in the next moment, any ideas what could cause the problem. Just a quick mention I've imported another armor with the same method and it worked correctly so my thoughts are that the mesh is too complex or something I don't know I'm noob at this.
