Texture Packs not Installing

Hello,

I'm stumped. First time moving to MO2 from NMM and I can't figure out the texture pack problem. Certain texture packs (NMC, Nut's landscape, HUD Remastered) are installed and should be working however won't reflect. Gameplay shows crappy vanilla quality with the LOD I generated not working. I thought it was the ENB, it wasn't. I thought it was Automatic Archive Invalidation on MO2 for both profiles (TTW guide shows having a test and a running one), it wasn't. After looking through multiple threads, I believe it has to do with the fact that in "data" and "archives" tab, it doesn't show any of the texture packs. Maybe because it doesn't have a .bsa?

Factors to consider

• I'm running TTW (Nut's landscape includes TTW and should override NMC)
• I restarted archive invalidation on MO2 multiple times
• I reinstalled the texture packs
• I used my testing profile to see if any of the mods stopped the packs from loading (isolating the problem), didn't work.
• I installed all the essential mods based on TTW guide (thebestoftimes.github.io) and viva new vegas (vivanewvegas.github.io/index.html)
• Could be the LOD (I didn't install the NMC parts of the guide as most of the textures should be based on Nut's landscape

Have you tried using Vortex? I'm running about 50 mods including NMC and TTW with no issues. I even redid the LOD with LODGen. It is running great!
