How does danse's power armor work?

I'm trying to give a companion power armor that can't be removed and doesn't break like Danse's. I can't find anything in his quests or packages which would have this effect.

 

Does anyone know how this works on Danse or how you could recreate it?

He can exit his Power Armor just like an other companion actually.

 

But his dialogue quest (COMDanseTalk) doesn't have the "Exit Power Armor" option instead of "Relationship".

 

To make a Power Armor unbreakable, add the keyword PowerArmorPreventArmorDamageKeyword to the NPC who wears it.
