X6-88 and Dogmeat cut swap dialogues!

The audio files are in the game, the responses are in the creation kit, but in game they just don't play!

 

I tried seeing if I could get them to work myself in the creation kit but I can't figure out why the scene stages don't start. I'm sure for X6-88 it has something to do with either how you initially recruit him in the institute or his teleportation; with Dogmeat it could be his not taking a companion slot earlier in development.

 

I don't think adding this in should be too difficult though, even if it takes completely replacing the "COMX688" and "DogmeatQuest" quests it seems totally doable. No idea why no one's even bothered yet, complete missed opportunity.
