SSE Shampoo Mod

I was wondering if there could be a mod that adds shampoo to the game since there are other bathing mods. It could be its own mod or an addition to an already existing bathing mod. The character would have a small bonus to Speech when the hair is "Clean," no bonus to Speech when the hair is "Normal," and a small debuff to Speech when the hair is "Dirty." The shampoo can also be crafted in a similar manner to soap from other bathing mods and could maybe be in bar form or in a potion bottle to make it more convenient. If possible you can also add suds effects to the scalp area (could also work if the character is bald) while washing so that it seems more immersive to the gameplay.
