Buggy snowy mountain textures

Hi all. After spending quite some time debugging my load order for AE, I've encountered a non game breaking but HIGHLY annoying texture bug. Snow textures in mountains are completely borked. This only affects some mountains and always in very snowy areas. I've tried disabling the SE snow shader "bEnableImprovedSnow=0" and also tried disabling dynamic snow, majestic mountains (pretty much anything mountain or snow related) to no avail. A screenshot near Winterhold is below. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? It's a long shot. I'm happy to be back playing Skyrim, but this darn bug breaks immersion big time. Probably a texture issue.

 

Focus on snow textures (if you use any) and Majestic Mountains. Make sure everything is installed correctly and "Majestic Mountains" doesn't get overwritten.

 

If that doesn't help, go on with disabling landscape textures and other landscape mods, until you find the culprit. Maybe you could also try disabling your ENB. I doubt this is really ENB related, but strange things happen...

Thanks Algabar for your suggestions. After checking the order / conflicts of about everything rational (landscape, rocks, snow, mountain...etc) and even disabling them, no dice. So I literally disabled everything in MO with a new profile, which eliminates ALL mods, then I started a new game, base game only. Even the mountains on the cart ride down to Helgen have the same problem! At this point it's either my graphics card/driver, or I need to reinstall the game and reload my mods via MO. I'll post back here if I find a solution.
