Mod Request - Stat Randomizer

Hey there! I'm not 100% certain on how this all works and apologize if I'm doing something incorrectly but while browsing mods and looking into various runs I'd like to do I thought of a randomizer that may be fun. I searched for a while but couldn't find anything, I thought the param randomizer might be able too but I'm not sure. The concept in itself is simple, every time you level up rather than choosing the stat you want to level up, it's random between the 8 stats. Ut may not be possible or may not be viable to complete a real run however I did think it was a fun concept!
