Rise of a new Master

See, there is something that bothers me about the super mutants: According to fallout lore, they were made on a production line! They were also sterile, so couldn't breed. IMHO their shouldn't be an infinite amount of super mutant.... Unless there is a new Master that followed Dr. Grey, or the original Master from Fallout 1. Considering when the Vault dweller killed him and blew up the cathedral there were "missionaries" through out the wasteland, trying to bring more followers into the fold, either as more missionaries or as "materials" for more super mutants. It's not too hard to believe that one of them may have been an assistant to Dr. Grey and escaped, later finding an FEV experiment facility and starting Grey's experiments over again, using some of the super mutants that fled east as protection until he could start a production line again, then using the super mutants he had to go out and gather more "material" while also dosing himself with small amounts of FEV, maybe even have it so he had a few very weak psychic abilities so he became something more like Grey did.... if anyone is interested in working with me on this, I honestly think it could be amazing, and I think it could be pulled off using only a couple of custom meshes and textures. I lack any digital artistic ability, and I need someone to teach me how to script, but if nothing else, I am excellent at character development and story, and would love to have an active hand if someone decided to do this.

There's already an explanation for frankies in DC. Not the strongest around, but there is. That said, I think yours can be also a good way to explain it.

The only explanation I ever gathered in my 300+ hours of playing and my reading about it was that they fled there after the death of the first master, and that they seem to be looking for something. I'm just wondering what the already existing explanation is. Sorry if I came across as gruff, just wanting to know what Beth put out there.

Yes I do recall that, and I read all the terminals with info on it, but that doesn't explain the literally THOUSANDS you can come across, all I am saying is that there should still be an active production facility for making super mutants, and that place is most definitely out of commission considering there aren't any FEV reserves left there according to the terminals...
