Stardew Foliage Redone - A Nature Toned Map Recolour | Under Moderation Review

I'm mainly just looking for a reason why it's been under Moderation Review since April 10th, 2021. Since a mod I'm using has it as a requirement. If it's been under review and Mods forgot to delete it, then I'll just ditch the mod since I won't be getting the requirement anytime soon.
