Universal Pip-boy Customization Texture Swap Hotkey Mod

Would it be possible for anyone to make a mod that can use hotkeys to swap pip-boy textures using Universal Pip-boy Customization? For example use set a hotkey to use one textures and then use another hotkey to swap to another textures from the Pip-boy Customization mod. And if possible, add a mod configuration menu to change the hotkeys.

 

I am not sure if this is possible to do, but if it is I would be very grateful if someone could make this.
