This is what I am dealing with stuff like this. Stuff like this is everywhere in my game it is all glitched and I need help. Please if you know how to fix this please tell.

You're either overloading the engine or your laptop can't handle the game.

Turn off any kind of ENB

Disable texture mods

Or do a varitying of your game via steam

 

To do that

 

1. RIGHT click on the steam icon (for the game in your libary)

2. Go to properties

3. Go to Local files

4. Press "Verify intergrity of game cache"

and then let it look for eaither missing files or damaged files

 

be aware this will reset your ini files!
