LE Painting mod?

An idea I toyed with recently; a mod that lets the player/dragonborn paint scenes.

 

If anyone played the sims 3, kinda like the 'capture scene' action that opened up a camera of sorts that you'd capture and the sim would then paint the scene. That would be cool in skyrim.

 

I know this doesn't make much sense and would probably be hard to script, just though I'd put it out there ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
