Player only 3BA and other physics

As the title says. is there some kind of config or mod that limits the 3BA effects to the player only?? like my character is the only one having the boob and butt physics??
I noticed that when I'm alone my game is smooth and only stutters a little, but when I tag along with my followers that uses 3BA, my game stutters so hard it goes from stutter to complete freeze and I'm forced to use task manager or if it's really worse I have to restart my whole PC.
Also is there any mods that boost fps while in the exterior cells? my game's smooth while inside caves, houses or anything inside but when I go outside it's really stuttering and freezing.
