Strange text appears in console often?

I'm not sure about it, I think it comes from you initiating vats, or an enemy.

but did you know that you can avoid it altogether by using the console command tfc

to control the camera separably from your character?

I replied to a vats question earlier here http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showto...233&hl=vats but the console issue bug occurs at the same time as when the vats issue rears its ugly head, so my reply may apply to you as well.
