[Suggestion] Options of what constitutes a mod having been "update

Currently, every image addition or miniscule description change bumps a mod when filtered by "Last updated". This massively clutters the search results with mods that haven't actually changed and takes away a lot of time and bandwidth (as one has to open the mod page and inspect for changes).

For me, the best option would be to list a mod as updated only when there has been a new upload in the mod's "Files" tab. But I think many people would like to be apprised of other changes, too (short/long description, articles, images, etc), so it would be nice to have tick/untick-able options for them in the preferences.
