White screen when console startup

Hi guya, need some help:

My son has a xbox serie s. He wanted to play Minecraft but when he started his console, and selected his profile, a white screen appeared. He waited for serveral minutes but nothing happend. He did new batteries in his controller; he switched briefly to my account and then back to his; he checked all cables.... but stil... a white screen.

What can we do to solve this problem?
