SSE Zoom fix patch for Improved Camera mod

If you're using Improved Camera, you may have noticed that some mods that have objects with zoom in features such as Dwemer Googles and Scouter and KettleWitch's Telescope doesn't work properly and requires disabling the FOV override. So I'm requesting a patch that fixes that issue if that's possible.
