tacktower Posted October 14, 2013 Share Posted October 14, 2013 Hi,Lately I've bored at doing nothing and was wondering if there are any Oblivion Mods at which the Citizens are more often and more likely to go up to you and start a conversation, give you something, or start a fight with you like the highwayman except it would be at completely random moments.
